Our adventure finally started! The first day in Pune -where we will live for the coming years- is a wrap. Despite this is a very big and developed city, we experience all aspects of India in a very detailed way. Cows walking outside and are being milked, little shrines on every corner of the street to worship the thousand gods and goddesses India is counting and everywhere you smell delicious food you can eat 24/7. Using the hooter all the time is very common among everyone who joins the traffic. Contrasts are very big. Beautiful, wide lanes with lush green in contrast with winding alleyways where trade is practiced in every kind of way. Contact with people is going very expeditious, and every moment I experience as a little story. On this very moment a very uncommon situation is a fact: Banknotes are very rare, because of a government measure. Cashflow is very low, and we see very long serpentine-like lines in front of the ATM’s. I will reguarly com up with some new stories about our life in India.
